Warranty Period

DragonTouch digital products come with a 1-year warranty.
For orders placed on our official website, the warranty is automatically extended to 2 years.


Refund Policy (30-Day Risk-Free Returns)

We want you to feel completely confident shopping with DragonTouch. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, please ensure:

  • Within 30 days: Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the product
  • Like-new condition: The item must be returned in original condition, including:
    device, charger, battery, manuals, gifts, and all accessories
  • Original packaging: Items must be returned in the original box

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, or other non-warranty-related reasons are not eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us
    Email our support team at cs@dragontouch.com
    Please include your order number, delivery date, and reason for return
  2. Receive your RMA number
    Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Return the product
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping box (do not write on the original product packaging)
    • Use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt
  4. Refund process
    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

3. Fees & Important Notes

  • Return shipping:
    If the return is not due to a product issue (e.g., no longer needed or ordered by mistake), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

Replacements

DragonTouch will replace your product or part if it has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty.

How It Works

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team before sending anything back
  2. If your issue qualifies, you will receive an RMA number
  3. Prepare your return package
  4. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send it to the provided address

Warranty Coverage

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  1. The product is damaged during shipping (with proof from the carrier)
  2. The product significantly does not match its description
  3. The product is defective due to manufacturing issues (not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure)

Replacement Costs

  • Within 30 days: Free replacement with free shipping
  • 31–90 days: Free replacement; customer pays $15 shipping
  • After 90 days: Handling or repair fees may apply depending on the case

Additional Shipping Notes

  • If the return is consumer-initiated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the issue is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost

Accessories

If accessories are damaged within 1 year, we will provide replacements free of charge.
Shipping fees (starting from $6) may apply.
