Warranty Period
DragonTouch digital products come with a 1-year warranty.
For orders placed on our official website, the warranty is automatically extended to 2 years.
Refund Policy (30-Day Risk-Free Returns)
We want you to feel completely confident shopping with DragonTouch. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
- Within 30 days: Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the product

Like-new condition: The item must be returned in original condition, including:
device, charger, battery, manuals, gifts, and all accessories - Original packaging: Items must be returned in the original box
Note: Products damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, or other non-warranty-related reasons are not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, delivery date, and reason for return -
Receive your RMA number
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number -
Return the product
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping box (do not write on the original product packaging)
- Use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
3. Fees & Important Notes

Return shipping:
If the return is not due to a product issue (e.g., no longer needed or ordered by mistake), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
Replacements
DragonTouch will replace your product or part if it has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty.
How It Works
- Contact our Customer Service Team before sending anything back
- If your issue qualifies, you will receive an RMA number
- Prepare your return package
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send it to the provided address
Warranty Coverage
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- The product is damaged during shipping (with proof from the carrier)
- The product significantly does not match its description
- The product is defective due to manufacturing issues (not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure)
Replacement Costs
- Within 30 days: Free replacement with free shipping
- 31–90 days: Free replacement; customer pays $15 shipping
- After 90 days: Handling or repair fees may apply depending on the case
Additional Shipping Notes
- If the return is consumer-initiated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- If the issue is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost
Accessories
If accessories are damaged within 1 year, we will provide replacements free of charge.
